Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Three Kings Boxing purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please read the following policy.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not damaged through misuse or normal wear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Hand wraps, gloves or any equipment that has been used
  • Items that are clearly personalised or made to order
  • Items returned without notification or outside the 14-day window

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@threekingsboxing.shop with:

  • Your order number (from your confirmation email)
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — we cannot guarantee acceptance of unsolicited returns.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item you received was faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was described. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@threekingsboxing.shop with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order. If you have any questions, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
